TRAINING PROCESS:
- Communication & behavorial training is conducted to make sure you stand out amongst other candidates.
- We work in small batches which enables individualized attention to every candidate.
- Training is provided by experienced working professionals in the US, thus ensuring a better understanding of the current tools and technologies. The training is revised at regular intervals to cater the need of changing technology.
MARKETING & PLACEMENT PROCESS
- One-on-one assignment to the BDM for marketing.
- Training sessions on the marketing strategies and interview process.
- We will provide training on how to successfully interact with clients.
- Strong and motivated marketing team to ensure quick placement with their reach to all the prime vendors.
- We have direct clients, implementation partners and are approved with all Tier One vendors resulting in assured placement.
- Excellent track record of Placing the candidates within 4-6 weeks after completion of Training.
- A separate training on project guidelines is conducted to go over “dos” and “don’ts” at the client side.
SUPPORT PROCESS

PAYROLL

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- At least one-year of experience in software development.
- Good communication skills.
- Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.
- Valid work permit such as OPT/CPT/H1B.
- Graduated from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Willing to relocate anywhere in US.
